Lord Petyr Baelish alias Littlefinger is a regular avatarfag on the hungergames. His character originates from the hit-series Game of Thrones on HBO. He's a recurring character during all of the seasons up till now. He's known to not be trusted and is lives for chaos. He will get what he wants, in whatever way he wants, no matter the costs.
In the GoT series he is responsible for the entire series starting by setting off a murder through love and thereby creating havoc, he continues it and so the series goes on. (I'm not going to spoil a lot of the series for people who might want to watch the series but haven't done so yet).
